Becoming a Funder
SHOOQ serves as a funder’s development studio, bringing top level projects directly to funders to assess. Funders may maintain either a public or private profile. Project pages are curated and can be sorted by keywords, stage, subject, financing range, and other data points, enabling funders to easily identify opportunities that match their criteria.
When a funder expresses interest, the platform facilitates direct connections between funders and project creators, allowing them to exchange information seamlessly. All deal-making, negotiations and eventual funding take place independently between the parties, outside of the platform.
IMPORTANTLY, funders are provided industry data and ongoing education posted to the platform, as needed, and may opt to engage SHOOQ staff or our team of consultants for guidance and advisory support throughout the process and beyond.
