They’re real popstars who create real music in the real world, they just happen to be 12″ plastic dolls… Kids’ media digital first music, entertainment, L&M
Kids’ media property with built in audience and track record- animation/physical dolls/original music/huge licensing and merchandising potential.
THE BRAND
The Beatrix Girls are a pop-star band with real music that young girls adore, and they just happen to be 12-inch dolls.
The brand launched digitally on YouTube in 2012, built an audience first, then turned that audience into retail, licensing, and music revenue. It spans original music, webisodes, and consumer products. We plan to relaunch in 2026 as a digital-first, creator-economy property that owns its IP and its direct relationship with its audience.
MEET THE BAND
Lark- Bass & vocals- Extreme-sports fan: skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding. Ainsley- Drums & vocals- Sweet and soft-spoken offstage, the crash behind the kit. Brayden- Lead guitar & vocals- The band’s leader and main songwriter. Jewish. Chantal- Keyboards & vocals- Mellow and level-headed, with a French accent.
BRAYDEN: JEWISH REPRESENTATION AT THE CENTER OF THE BAND
Brayden, the band’s lead guitarist, leader, and main songwriter, is Jewish. That gives the brand a lead character who brings Jewish identity and culture into a girls’ music and entertainment property, and gives Jewish families a character they can see themselves in. Because Brayden writes the songs and leads the band, her identity is part of the creative voice rather than a side note.
