Malka
A feature musical film about Malka, a Holocaust survivor, starts to see visions of her life in the camps during a present-day family seder. As time falls in on itself, Malka must find the hope in the present that she found in the past in order to survive.

Project Overview
Malka is a biographical film about Margie Appel who survived the atrocities of the Holocaust. It is based on composer and lyricists Seth Bisen-Hersh’s grandmother and her experiences. It is an expansion of the award winning short film(Best Narrative Short- Cinequest 2025) and will be a full feature.
The screenplay for the feature is written and we are looking to raise funds to go into production.
