Series Premise:

Pallywood pulls back the curtain on the absurd, surreal, and often grotesquely comic efforts of a fictionalized Palestinian PR ministry—part think tank, part theatre troupe, part crisis actor agency. Filmed in a mock-doc style, we follow a rotating cast of strategists, fake journalists, scheming academics, clueless UN liaisons, media dupes, and overly sincere Western activists who all play their roles in constructing “The Narrative” for global consumption.

The series exposes—through biting humor and exaggerated reenactments—the real-world tactics used to manipulate public opinion: staged funerals gone wrong, “injured” actors caught standing up too early, doctored footage sent to major media outlets, and press conferences where international NGOs nod solemnly at scripts they don’t understand.
